Mrs. Rupali Chandrashekhar Bobade

Founder Member & Head of the School/Principal of Intelligent Cadet International School, Bhosari, Pune.

An educationist and effective School Principal, is a Leader guiding Schools to Better Teaching and Learning. She is M.Sc, B.Ed, MBA, Diploma in Educational Administration & Management from American TESOL Institute, PGDSA, International Air Traffic Management in Travel & Tourism from Montreal University, Canada & Honors Diploma in Software Management.

She has 18+ years of Corporate and Educational Sector Experience. She has worked with British Airways and Scandinavian Airlines Back office processes. She has transitioned US Healthcare process and has set-up the process from Process Training to execution. She is Founder Member and Head-Principal of the School, and her experience is enriched with Training, Quality, Operations, Executions, Administration, Management, Mentorship, Counseling, Event Management and many more developmental activities.

She believes that every child is entitled to enjoy his/her childhood. They should be valued for their individuality, culture and heritage. They should be encouraged to develop their full potential in a stimulating and caring environment. She is dedicatedly working towards
