ICIS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The child should be brought in time by 7:50am to school.

2. The child should be send to school in full, neat and clean uniform.

3. The Id-card needs to be put everyday and should be properly clipped to the child.

4. Students should bring along with them books and materials as per Timetable and carry their tiffin bag.

5. Students are expected to be groomed in mannerisms & good behavior at home.

6. The school expects the child to attend school regularly. If the child remains absent for more than 2 days, the teacher should be informed in writing at the earliest.

7. No child will be allowed to leave school before time, unless required permission is obtained.

8. Parents are expected to read the notice board and the calendar diary of the school regularly to get update on any change in rules & regulations, holidays and other activities of the school.

9. It is compulsory for both the parents to attend the parent-teacher meetings during the Open House.

10. The parents are requested to inform to school authorities well in advance, the identification or authorized person who will pickup and drop the child from school daily.

11. In addition to the fees, parents may be required to meet the expenses of School Uniform, books, notebooks, School transport (optional), educational trips, excursions, class activity/co-curricular material charges, activity charges, fees for examinations, and any other requirement in connection with their child’s education at the School.

12. Fees have to paid as per the scheduled due date and non-payment of fee may lead to necessary action as per the rules and regulations.

13. After the clearance of Ist Installment the admission shall be confirmed.

14. Late fees for any payments would attract fine of Rs.100/- per week.

15. If the admission is cancelled due to any circumstances, the school is not liable to refund any amount paid.

16. If a student leaves the school before the end of the Year, fees will be payable for the full Year. Under no circumstances will the fees be refunded or adjusted.

17. In case of midsession admission, Fees has to be paid in full, no part payment will be accepted.

18. The School has put in place regulations necessary for the effective functioning of the school. It reserves the right to amend the regulations wherever and whenever considered necessary and appropriate.

19. No deductions in school fees or transport charges for vacations and broken periods.

20. I understand that the fee paid by me will not be refundable if I cancel the admission.

21. Approximate 8-10% rise will be applicable for the next year Annual Fees.

22. Those opting for transport:

  • The bus fees is determined and made known, after compiling the bus Routes, costs of transportation and other operative costs involved.
  • Transport would be provided as per the bus routing and determined stops only.
  • If a student cancels the school transport in between the Term, Transport charges will be payable for the full Term. Under no circumstances will the amount be refunded or adjusted.
  • The school shall not be responsible for students opting any kind of private transport.
